Return Policy- COVID 19

In order to keep employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, Wicks by Liv will not be accepting returns and refunds at this point in time. Once a package has shipped, we are no longer able to bring in back into stock due to the possibility of transmission of COVID-19. 

If for some reason your products are below standard or expectation, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our Contact Us page. If you're experiencing an issue with any product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

We are working our hardest to ensure that every product sent out is quality. Please remember that each product we make is a work of art, meaning no work of art is identical. Small aesthetic changes in product design is normal due to the nature of hand made, small-batch manufacturing.
